Conductor Jobs In the Chicago Area

Having recently zorched the strength test of the UP, I'm out of luck there until April 2004. BNSF doesn't seem to be hiring either although I'd be happy to hear different. So, I'm wondering if anyone has heard of openings at IHB, South Shore or NICTD?

I assume "Zorched"=Failed?
What was the problem? Strength? Balance? Ability to carry heavy object (i.e. coupler knuckle)?
It will make a difference wherever you go.

I'm not completely sure. I think that it was probably that I didn't do enough situps. I should've been working out before the test because I knew I wasn't in good shape. They had us do a lifting test ( curling a bar attached to a strain guage), a grip test and as many situps as we could do in a minute. They didn't show us the numbers or tell us what the cutoff numbers were.
