I learned about the 24-hour clock in primary (grade) school. I fail to see how it is "difficult", since all days have twenty-four hours in them. <br /> <br /> What <i>might</i> confuse some people is that some entities (like the Postal Service) divide the hours into 100 units instead of 60 minutes, so you may end up with a recorded time of day that reads "16:85" instead of 16.51 hours (4:51 pm).
