So hasn't someone figured out how the earth evaporates the salt water, then turns it into fresh water and then it rains down? Isn't that the key to figuring out desaltation and solving the worlds water problems? Is there something I am missing here, it seems like it would be easy to figure out? Anyone shed some light on this?
