Don <br />Are you sure that she fell asleep? The locomotive she was in was either an SD90 Mac or an AC6000. Both should have been equiped with an alerter, or should not have been in service as the lead unit. If this is true, it is both the railroad's and the crew's fault. I know how easy it is to fall asleep at the throttle, but the alerter helps a lot, and has surely saved many lives. <br /> <br />Brian
