Thanks LC, sounds good. <br />I was confused about "30 years"...it was mentioned in teh hiring session, and I forgeot to get it clarified. I do remember the 5 year vesting. <br />So far, it sounds as if I do get a RR job and stick with it for the nest 20 years until I am 60, I will have done myself and my family some good.
