I just thought I'd throw that out there since the bulk of the conversation has been about only the outgoing ethanol in the tank cars and not the grain coming in. <br /> <br />There are 3 different ethanol plants going up in my area. One east of Princeton on the BNSF, one in Hennepin on the Iowa Interstate and near Mineral on the IAIS also. There was a fourth proposed in Henry, which is downriver from Hennepin but that was thrown out because of the "impact" it would've had on the recreational boater traffic on the river and the air quality. While I'm sure it's not the highest paying job around, but leave it to this area to put some boaters above some new jobs.
