Although it's not included in your above list, I would like to see the branch of the <br />Erie RR from Salamanca to Dunkirk, NY, be rebuilt. This was the first railroad to <br />reach the Great Lakes from the East (1853), and contributed greatly to the development <br />of the area, although Buffalo eventually stole their thunder. Since this would be solely <br />for the benefit of us historical nuts, chances of it happening is from none to nil.
