I'm glad someone else asked the question because I have been toying with the same idea- and no, I didn't win the powerball either. How likely are railroads (the Norfolk Southern, in my case) to turn over property and facilities they want to abandon? Here in Georgia it looks like some of the rail lines have been taken over by the state. I too would like to know the name of the volumes of books you have out there, because reading up on a subject is best for me. Erik
