What happened to the 'Cam??

It went black. I went to dinner and I came back and there was nothing. Several of the recent images are black to. Just wanted to know if I was the only one seeing it. Being so new, I don't know if this happens on a normal basis or whatever...but just wondering.

No, this isn't a frequent event. The "snow" you saw in the live stream and recent images was caused by a temporary power loss to the camera at the Rochelle park. When the power was restored, the live images started flowing again normally. I later deleted the bad recent images. The outage lasted less than one hour.

We've been very happy with the operation of our Rochelle webcam. We couldn't have put it up there (and kept it running reliably) without the full cooperation of the City of Rochelle.

Thank you for reading TRAINS magazine and visiting trains.com!

Kind regards,

Thanks for a really neat and entertaining feature.
Say -- is there any way to enlarge the image on your (my) home computer screen ?

Thanks to all of you who helped figure things out. I really enjoy the camera and hated seeing it not working. But it is working fine. Thanks again for all of your help.
