Grading is already done. They just haven't laid the Rails or the Ties yet. The BNSF is adding a new Track "exstending" the West Cullom siding (In Nebraska) as a Main Two all the way to Ashland. My guessing is the BNSF want's to run as many Eastbound Loads as they can. As for the Westbound Empty's. Most of the Empty's go up the Omaha line. The new Double Track should end this. Allan.
