What are some of better looking loco's around

I've always been partial to E's and the SD45. But two of my favorites are ones that many people probably have not ever seen. First is UP's DD40A Centenials. It was one of the first with the wide cab, and the pure size of it was inspiring. <br /> <br />Second is the UP Gas Turbines. The had clean lines, brutish size, the tenders blended well with the locomotive, and they made a sound like no other. <br /> <br />And could they pull a train. My grandfather's house sat about a mile from the UP main line up Weber Canyon, the line that they (and the DD40A) were designed for. Of course, my young ears were "tuned", but you could hear one of them coming upgrade from about 10 miles away.
