HEY LC! I know that place, the syracuse mall.. veyr nice stuff.. go there on an irregular basis.. maybe up to twice a year.. yes the RR tracks are right there.. and there is actually a Train station.. well a shatty station.. its jsut like a shelter more or less... in front of the mall! or not in front.. but the train station is where the tracks are... I See you go to hooters... when i go there i love to watch too!.. trians that is... I didn't even know there was a hooters there!! will check it out next time...
