You've all mentioned good ones. Without taking away from any of them, I'd have to add an obscure one as my favorite: the old Grand Trunk depot in Grand Haven, Michigan. I'm a little prejudiced, as I used to inhabit (or infest) that place as a railfan during my high-school and college days, and it's now loaded with artifacts from the town where I was born and raised. The building's well over 125 years old. I think I heard that the museum may be moving (getting a little crowded in there!), so I hope some good alternative use can be found. No rails to this depot any more.

The Durham Western Heritage Museum hosted Union Pacific passenger traffic. There is also an old and beat up BN station which they are planning to remodel in the near future.

The ogden station has a great museum as does the Kansas City Union station. I'll seconf Omaha Durahm Western. St Louis Union is a mall but is very well done. Chatenooga is a multi use, but was great when we saw it 4 years ago.
