Mr. Clark, You have done your home work well. My hat off to you Sir, you make some very valid points. If this plan is to work, public opion towards rail travel is going to have to make a 180 degree turn. Most of the bad feelings toward rail service stem from the poor performance of Amtrac. I believe if high speed rail is to work, Amtrac must be desolved and something started from square one. The name Amtrac leaves a bad taste in my mouth. <br /> TIM ARGUBRIGHT
