Obviously, it is you who lacks scruples. What "case" do you think I am making? All I wanted was some specifics on the South Dakota / BNSF trackage deal. Is one party or the other going to cut and run from this deal? Will BNSF find a loophole that puts a paper barrier or two in front of DM&E or DS?
