cnwrwyman- We could all have an intellectual discussion concerning the power of prayer. We could question if there is such a thing, or does it work, and still not arrive at an absolute answer. No religion is being is being promoted in this thread. What we have is a fellow member of this forum asking for support and prayers for his father who is very ill. You or I or anyone else here can chose to offer such support or not. You could have chosen to ignore this thread completely. Whether you believe or not, to deny that such support and prayer offer comfort to others that do, is both ignorant and in this case mean spirited. If this post, or this thread is inappropriate, the forum moderator is free to pull it. Mark
