There are some places you ALWAYS have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Just because there is a window there doesn't give you the right to look in. The "Plain View" Doctrine has nothing whatsoever to do with the Right to Privacy. "Plain View" deals solely with the Fourth Amendment determinations concerning search and siezure by police without a warrant. I'd suggest you spend some time reading on the law before jumping to such silly conclusions... <br /> <br />LC
