As usual, both jeaton and greyhounds miss the point: The statement is that IF truckers could run their own trains they'd probably go bi-modal. Of course, under the closed access system they can't, so any evidence presented to the contrary does not invalidate the what-if statement, rather it reafirms the reality of what the current restricted situation will allow. <br /> <br />You play the hand what's dealt ya (and hope for a better deal for the next ante).
