Besides, the cop even admited to my dad and I the second time around that the guy was a HOTHEAD and we should continue to shoot from the sidewalk and just ignore the CN guy. And, MP173, althogh we were on a rr acces road, I stayed on the far side of the road, never near the tracks I understand that it was wrong to treuspass, and I will never do it again, but this guy just plain didn't want me photographing! And please understand that I am NOT lokking for simpathy, but wondering if what this guy did was reasonable or fair
