I like planes and trains. Right now, I'm more into trains. :)
Airplanes are really awesome[^]
Near my house there is a place to watch them- about 500 feet from the end of the runway, and planes fly really low- those 747s are a really scary sight[:0].
Anchorage Airport is one of busiest in America with planes taking off every minute or so.
If I lived 500 feet from the runway I'd go insanely happy! [:D]
But then after some time you would go deaf. This summer the normal runway was being reconstructed, and planes took off above the residential areas. Thats where i live. Beleive, a first i was excited, too. But those things are so loud they shake up everything in your house- even brake stuff after it falls off the wall. People called the airport all summer long- literally cussed them out, even thereatened someone.
Now planes don't take off in my direction- and i at least get more sleep and don't have to worry about one of those things going thru my house.
You mean igloo don't you? [:D] Oh I forgot, YOU AIN'T GOT NO STINKIN IGLOO
