[/quote] It's simple Don, President Bush was expected to plan all this out for them, they were too busy getting their Point The Finger Speeches ready. dharmon is right, if the levee was not capable of containing, why not have a backup plan. I just don't get the (as dharmon said) 3 little pigs approach and why Mississippi was able to get their NG's out in the area or ready, but yet NO and LA just sat their waiting for someone else to take care of this terrible mess or call out their NG's. Maybe the local and state government isn't aware of how all this works. I blame LA and NO for allowing their own people to be caught in this tragedy.
