[/quote] New Orleans does not produce this commerce, it passes through the Port of New Orleans, the production of this commerce that passes through the port originates in more than 20 states. There are many industries and associated jobs up river all the way to the Dakotas that depend on the flow of commerce through the Port of New Orleans on the Mississippi River. Jim
