Much of that system in the West was constructed under the tenet of "better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it". If this country is going to avoid a future crisis in electric energy generation, the government is going to have to deal with the obvious and odious drawbacks of the current rail system with regards to coal fired generation, because that's where the bottlenecks are occuring. <br /> <br />BTW, "bee in bonnet"?
