Guys - Quiet is spelled Q-U-I-E-T, not "quite" which has a completely different meaning as in ("use it in a sentence") not quite good enough... Also, the new Federal Regs (FRA) preempt all the State and local laws for any new QUIET ZONES extablished after the effective date of the FRA regulations. LC
