Quiet zones pertain only to crossings. Putting a quiet zone on a bridge where the horn would only be blown in the event of an emergency makes absolutely no sense. Perhaps the next time someone is on a bridge I should not blow the horn and just run them over? Brilliant! <br /> <br />LC
