Sounds like in reality the RR MUST ENFORCE SAFETY to the point that its either be safe or be fired. Which I can understand.... What I dont understand is how people can say that a RR which invests so much money on each person, then turns around and makes their lives miserable. If that were true no one would work for them. I believe that the average railroad worker experiences 25% of whats been cited....no one experiences most or all of the negatives which are always brought up.
