 I think what OA advocates see is an opportunity to rationalize the pricing available to shippers -- particularly those used on highly accessible, well traveled mainlines such as Montana and North Dakota wheat farmers use -- and to make that pricing more rational for everyone by investing in managements that in turn invest in the kind of ideas that improve capacity, not diminish it. therein lies another multitude of questions......................
