BNSF shuttle grain trains, Does this mean that BNSF does not want to serve small elevators?

Murphy, <br /> <br />The government already is engaged in developing portions of the transmission infrastructure. Up here in the PNW we have the BPA (Bonneville Power Administration) with transmission lines to supplement the utility lines. I think the TVA is the same way. Perhaps now we can focus on creating a BRA (Bonneville Rail Administration) to construct supplementary rail lines as an addendum to the PNW rail network, once it has converted to OA.
