I belive the engineer was well within his rights. With fedral law on his side it should be no problem, but pollitics always gum up the works. Especially if he seemed to be trying to hide something. <br />He also did not want to risk having his insurance rates skyrocket. If he showed his driver's lisence it could haunt him forever.[xx(]
