What ever Amtrak is receiving for this is chump-change compared to what really is needed, cash-wise. Do you for a moment think that Amtrak could make any service improvements, pay down debt, attract new clients, or afford a clean baggage car by the fees received for this. Compared to the diminishment of their own image, this is silly. Of course the History Channel could commission a unit or 2 and we could have a big red engine with tanks and Hitler all over the place offending all sorts of folks. But hey, it's a buck ninety-five in the coffer so who cares? Mitch
