Moderate High Speeds are just fine for what I have in mind. <br />Getting people from small citys like Toledo OH to major airport hubs like Cleveland or Detroit. They park there car for free or a small fee at the train station then get on a train at 110 miles per hour 85 miles away to the airport. <br />They would be droped off IN the airport and clear customs and luggage enroute on the train.
