I have never ever been botherd by anyone, Since 9-11-01 I have trainspotted in areas I just knew I would questioned by someone but never was, some of those locations include several Cal train stations on a trip to san francisco a few years ago, the dockyards in Tacoma and the area above Wilburton trestle in Bellevue washington, the train came along and the engineer just waved.
