[/quote] MM- Thanks. I wasn't trying to cast aspersions on Canada today, but refer to the Vietnam era practice of some seeking to avoid Selective Service in the U.S. in connnection with Jim. I realize that Canada has effectively repudiated the former practice of accepting U.S. deserters. LC
