I am doing some study on trying to find where the Main ends at Hooper,Neb.
Just how far out West of town does it end at? I am totaly very sad that no more Trains run on this Line West of Hooper[V]. I am very sad[V] that Railroad History is all but gone out side in the country. Allan.

iT'S NOT EVEN CNW ANYMORE (East end of the old "Cowboy Line") . TRY FREMONT NORTHWESTERN RR, all 9.5 miles of the initial 17 The dinner train, the feight railroad and the museum are related..
MP 10.01 , 2 miles north of Nickerson is the end of the line, rail R/W actually owned by Eastern Nebraska Chapter NRHS/ Nebraska RR Museum.
It takes money to maintain track and Fremont is limited for funds. REALITY CHECK!
