Not sure if anyone is still watching this thread... <br /> <br />My favorite spot is Blue Cut in the Cajon area of Southern California. The BNSF main and former SP now UP lines run right through the canyon. You can see numerous UP, BNSF and the occasional Amtrak. This area is part of the National Forest so you can camp in many areas. <br /> <br />Joel
