But you're right in that the Germans were the first to implement it (whether or not they invented it is up for question). <br /> <br />[/quote] <br /> <br />Ok ed, ya got me, just heard it as i was passing the room the other day, mentioned germany and The Great War, for some reason i construded that as as WW2. But yes, the implimented it first, then the US thought "hey that's a great Idea!" and without thinking of the consiquences implimented it too, and the world soon followed.
