One word, "GROWING". I have a brother who lives in Durham, N.C.. Works for IBM in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) and everything is moving away from there down in the Cary and Apex way. They are building like mad in these two areas. Really nice area with beautiful homes and townhouses (and trees) being built with shops and stores to match. The only problem in the area is the traffic. It is horrible during the morning and evening rush. The roads are all two lanes to Durham with a four lane patch on Hwy 55 thrown in to the RTP. But they are expanding them to four lanes, but the traffic will always be there. <br /> <br />Larry
