Are you saying that it is wrong for a state or municipal government to engage in a taking of private property without due compensation, but it is right for the federal government to do so? Do you think it is acceptable for a state or city to participate in a project that benefits interstate commerce, but it is unacceptable for the federal government to encourage interstate commerce? <br /> <br />OS
