NS Crew Fired After Graniteville Crash

I didn't mean a new device, just something like a check list that they have to fill out and turn in at the end of the day showing that they completed the check to make sure the switches were alligned right. That is something that would be relatively in inexpensive to do. I guess the thing that bugs me is that it is so obvious the danger you can have by having a switched lined the incorrect way, and I have heard that it is fairly common to have this problem, then I think that there should be no excuse for this to happen. <br />Brad
