NS Crew Fired After Graniteville Crash

I am sorry that I was so harsh on the Unions, I just find it hard to belive that they would stick up for a crew if they found out that those guys forgot to change the switch. It bugs me that we have this we must protect the worker at all costs menatlity. If a guy screws up like that, he should be fired with no chance for a reinstatement. There are too many lives at risk for any railroad company to allow a worker to get away with that. Now if those guys didn't do it, then I take it back, But right now, there is now way that they should let the guys back on the job. <br />Brad
