I've never left the east so I can't be an expert on the topic, but here are a few of the good ones I've visited. As some already said NS's West Slope, sure it may be all NS power but the action is endless. Mance,PA, CSX Sand Patch, Palmer, Mass, CSX Boston Line. Magnolia Cut Off near Paw Paw, WV. The Cut Off is one of those rough and tough place to photograph, vary remote but the scenery is great. <br /> <br /> -Justin Franz
