Railfans detained for photographing trains on public property

i bet it was one of those passengers on the platform who got scared and had to call the cops. i live about 15 minutes away from the Morton Grove station, i just might have to go up there and pull out my camera, turn on my scanner, and set up my camcorder. i'll wait and see what happens. i have been railfanning for about 8 years, been approached by cops maybe a dozen times, only asked to leave twice. i find it hard to believe the cops took it that far. but anything can happen these days.
