I know of at least one case where a car drove under a haz mat (propane) tanker and took out the brake rigging. The tank car and others in the train were black, but had already been equipped with reflective tape. Didn't stop the crash. Nor did it stop the plaintiff from claiming the cars were "invisible"... <br /> <br />LC
