Surfliner- The cars are still listed as awaiting repair for wreck damage. They are a long way from home and given the equipment shortage in California, one might think they would be given a higher priority. I am afraid Passenger Train Journal has gone the way of the Super Chief. Last published in '96 or '97 I think. Back issues available from several dealers on the net if you are looking for a specific article. Balboa
