As soon as project ReTRAC is completed, and Union Pacific's capital budget can afford it that section of Number One track between Switch 9 and Shed 10 will be retracked. This because the Port of Oakland will be pumping out more and more eastbound loads. My opinion Jim B -Lawton, NV
