Mark, <br /> <br />I don't know why you have to be such a constant negative voice on this thread. I am tired of having to respond to things which you have taken out of context or twisted to try and demean the original meaning. You also add words to my statements to change the meaning of the points I am trying to get across. <br /> <br />The whole point of this discussion was to take a project for an open access experiment that could be implemented by the Corps of Engineers. The L-M idea fits it to a tee, including things I have not yet mentioned regarding federal mitigation and economic development. <br /> <br />I am sorry about your father, and I am sincere when I say you are in my prayers. <br />
