<br />A Win Win proposal might be in order given present technology and reserch available. Nuclear, Solvent Refined Coal (SRC) heat recapture, regeneration and the like. Who would like to look into this idea. Solar, wind and even biomass are still in their infancy and need reserch and reliability studies. What says the forum
