Any idea of the route it might be taking? I'd love to see that running by. I know it has come through my area (Snake River on the U.P.) at least once, since I saw it on a video, but to see it with the naked eye..........

Well where I useualy sit when I go Railfanning when I go to Omaha every once in a while,The UP6900 will Trained into the Drop yard just on the East side of the Amtrak Depot. It will be Turning on Pacific Street to 10th Street. Then it will travel South all the way on 10th to Bancroft Street then turn East to it's new home. BNSFrailfan.

Any idea if the 6900 will be headed out towards the Los Angeles area?

I've had the good fortune to see a couple of the DDA40X's on Sullivans Curve. Quit impressive!! I also saw one on the California coastline about a year or so back, very nice.
