Hi, Everyone
It has been a while since I have posted to this list. I am 'just' found out going on a trip to Los Angeles with a few family members. This is the first time i have ever been out west, and i would LOVE to do some railfanning =)The thing is, this is not 'my trip', that is I am not going to have alot of time to do this. Can anyone recommend some freight failfanning sites that have good train frequency, and are 'very' close to downtown LA? I don't think I can get my family to spend an entire day traveing to watch trains....I would be very excited to see any Railroad. Are there any similar sites in San Diego? Preferably, this would be right next to the Amtrak Station...wishful thinking on my part, perhaps....
Take Care, Safe Fanning,
Greg From Boston

Please excuse the two other 'Railfanning LA' headers, I must have inadvertently hit the enter key.
