The FRA inspectors that I have been in contact with over the year have always been upstanding straight shooting individuals that tried for fulfill their job obligations in a firm and fair manner. <br /> <br />There has been much more 'hanky, panky' amongst big city news paper reporters and columnists in trying to make 'sensational journalism' than there has been any colusion between the FRA and the railroads.
